Nothing published on this website, in our lessons, workbooks, mentor feedback, or communications is financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing constitutes a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any instrument.

We do not execute trades, publish signals, manage capital, operate automated trading tools, or connect to any broker or trading platform. Any decision you take in a live or demo market is yours alone, taken at your own discretion and risk.

Trading and speculation involve a substantial risk of loss, including the loss of your entire capital. Historical chart behaviour, back-tested patterns, and lesson examples never guarantee future results. Study at a pace that suits you and never commit money you cannot afford to lose.

We collect only the information you choose to give us: the name, email address, learning level, and message you submit through our enquiry form, plus any details you share when you enrol in a track.

That information is used to answer your enquiry, deliver the lessons you enrol in, review your chart drills, and send service messages about your course. We do not sell, rent, or trade your details, and we do not share them with advertisers or data brokers.

We store personal data only as long as it is needed to run your course and meet our record-keeping obligations. You may ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by emailing support@example.com, and we will action reasonable requests promptly.

This site uses local browser storage to remember that you accepted the student agreement, so the notice does not reappear on every visit. That value stays on your own device and identifies nobody.

By using this website or enrolling in a track, you agree to these terms. Access to lesson material is granted to you personally for your own study. Course videos, notes, workbooks, and mentor feedback may not be copied, resold, republished, or shared with non-students.

You confirm that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction and that studying technical analysis is lawful where you live. You are responsible for complying with the rules of any platform or regulator that applies to you.

Enrolment fees cover access to educational material and mentor review. Because lesson content is delivered digitally and immediately, refunds are considered case by case within fourteen days of enrolment, provided no more than one module has been completed.

We may update lesson content, tuition, or these terms as the curriculum develops. Material changes are published on this page. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EasySasKLogic is not liable for trading losses or other outcomes arising from your use of what you learn here.
